Leone & Luna Journals was born out of corporate burnout, a deep love for motherhood, and the very real need to create something that was just for me. But somewhere along the way, it became about something bigger: creating things that make people feel something again.

Hey - I’m Rachel, the hands behind Leone & Luna, a small, handmade journal studio based in Monmouth County, New Jersey.

I created Leone & Luna because I wanted to make things that give people the warm and fuzzies. Things you can touch, smell, see, and fill with your own dreams. Products you could look back on years later and instantly remember who you were when you started using them. I want to give people a reason to step away from the screen, even if it's just for a few minutes a day.

At its heart, Leone & Luna is rooted in nostalgia. Simpler times. Pizza and TGIF.  Vocal stimming “how rude” like you’re Michelle Tanner. Your original American Girl collection. Sticker books. Sleepover diaries. Little treasures you kept for no practical reason other than they made you happy. Tiny things that somehow meant everything.

That feeling is at the heart of every journal I make. Each one is handmade with vegetable-tanned leather sourced from some of the finest tanneries in Italy.
